Steamed Milo Pudding (a.k.a Puding Milo Kukus)

I found this recipe at mamawandiha. The original recipe was from dayangjack. :P

Serves : 2-3 people

For this recipe I used 2 small plastic containers.

You need...
1 cup of Milo
1 cup of Fresh Milk
1/2 cup of Brown Sugar (i used white sugar) :(
2 large Eggs
1 tspn of Vanilla Essence
a dash of Cinnamon Powder (optional)

1. Prepare your steamer. Boil water.
2. Prepare a heat-resistant container for your pudding. Lightly butter your container so the pudding will slide out easily when serve.
3. Blend all the above ingredients (EXCEPT for the eggs) until well blended. Set aside.
4. In a bowl, whisk eggs slowly, but not until frothy.
5. Combine the eggs with the chocolate mixture. Mix well. Then strain.
6. Pour the mixture into a heat-resistant container. Cover with foil paper / aluminium.
7. Then, steam it for about 30-40 minutes.
8. Once cooked, let it cool before serving. Best served when chilled.

My Comments...
It's not as sweet as Cream Caramel and very easy to make! The texture is soft and spongey. I would definitely make another one of these Milo Puddings in the future. :D
