Adieha's Baked Macaroni (Makaroni Bakar version 1.0)

My mum ask me to finish up the macaroni leftovers before it gets spoilt. so I got an idea to make Baked Macaroni with a few ingredients available in the kitchen!

This recipe serves 2-4 people.

Ingredients

Stage 1: Pasta
250g Macaroni (cooked until al dente)
1 small plate of chicken (cut into cubes)
1/2 onion (diced)
2 cloves of garlic (diced)
1/3 of a Carrot (diced)
1/2 cup of water
2 tbsp of tomato sauce
1 tbsp of chilli sauce
1 stalk of daun sup (sliced)
salt and pepper

Method
1. In a large pan, heat some oil. Saute the onions and garlic until soften.
2. Add the chicken, season with salt and pepper. Let the chicken cook through.
3. Add carrot, water, tomato sauce, and chilli sauce. Mixed them together until carrot is half cook. Season with salt and pepper (if needed).
4. Add the daun sup, mix well, and turn off flame.
5. Transfer to your baking container, I'm using 2 small rectangle ramekins to fill all the pasta.

Stage 2: Sauce
100 ml milk
1 egg
2 tbsp of tomato sauce
1 tspn of Maggi Concentrated Chicken Stock
1 tbsp of Mayonnaise

Method
1. In a measuring cup with 100 ml of milk, add in your egg, tomato sauce, concentrated chicken stock, mayonnaise and mixed them together.
2. Pour them over the pasta.

Stage 3: Garnish and Bake
1 small plate of shredded mozzarella cheese

Method
1. I added 1/4 of the cheese in each container, and stir them around.
2. The remaining 1/4 cheese is sprinkled on top before baking.
3. Bake them in a 180°C to 200°C oven for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown.
4. Serves hot!
